4 Week Programme

Often the hardest part about keeping fit and healthy is doing it all by yourself, we've all been there! The 4 week programme is designed to help you improve and have fun doing it. 

What do you get? Firstly you get a 10% discount when booking through this programme. Secondly, over a 4 week period George will take you out once a week, each week increasing the time, length and technical difficulty of your ride. Throughout each ride George will give you tips and advice about mountain biking and will even send you a short review after each ride. Based on this review you will recieve some 'homework' which is optional and completely up to you, just something to keep you active and help you improve for the following week.
